Be Mom Aware provides maternal mental health support through its Connect to Care platform, offering provider trainings, risk assessment tools including the EPDS, and resources for clinical care and enhanced care management. Founded in 2021 as a Sacramento Maternal Mental Health Collaborative project, the organization works with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and maternal health programs to improve awareness of maternal mental health conditions and deliver culturally responsive care to birthing people and their families.
