About

Glome Health develops the Sentrio CAPD System, a redesigned bag set–transfer set interface for continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis that protects against contamination during exchanges. The system requires no electricity or machine, enables four daily exchanges taught in an afternoon, and allows patients to perform dialysis at home, work, or while traveling. Based in Shoreview, Minnesota, the company aims to expand access to renal replacement therapy globally, particularly in regions where dialysis infrastructure is limited.

Product

Value proposition: Redesign of the bag set–transfer set interface for CAPD to prevent contamination and peritonitis, enabling at-home, world-accessible dialysis exchanges.
